Baby Piano is now available on iPad! Baby Piano HD, an enhanced version of the Baby Piano iPhone app, is specially designed for kids to play on an iPad, for early music learning and exploration.

Colourful interface and cute animal icons that are eye-catching to kids, hence to stimulate their interest in playing music.

Introducing the new 2-player mode which allows you to play music together with your kid, side by side on the iPad screen. Any notes you played will be highlighted on the opposite side of the iPad screen so your kid may follow and learn to play songs from you.

Colorful 15-key piano with cute and animated animal characters.
Switch to animal sound mode and to mimic the animal sounds!
3 modes of music playing: Freesplay; play along with a nursery rhyme by touching on the highlighted notes OR; touch on any notes and still make a song!

You must check out this YouTube video! A 3 months old baby girl named Mekelle playing with our Baby Flash Cards 2 iPhone app! Apparently she knows how to switch to a new flash card by touching the iPhone screen, and her dad is sure having a great time too. Everyone at Dream Cortex really enjoys watching this YouTube video and we all are so glad to know that we have a 3 months old fan!

This is what you have been asking for – Baby Flash Cards with voices. Plus a bunch of newly developed features, we thought it would be the right time to polish the product and to launch it as a commerical app. So now we proudly present to you Baby Flash Cards 2.

All vocabularies in Baby Flash Cards 2 are now organized into different categories: Animals, Objects, Food, Numbers, Shapes, Colours, and so on. You may turn on one or more categories with a simple and comprehensive setup menu, so to let your kids to learn any specific groups of words, that is entirely up to you to design the curriculum. There has also been enhancement with the user interface – more colourful and more attractive for your kids to play with and to learn.

Records by iPhoneAppsPlus.com show that Baby Flash Cards (up to 10th Dec, 2009) now ranks in Free Education as the top 12 in US, top 18 in Canada, top 14 in UK, top 12 in Australia and top 9 in Hong Kong. About 4 months ago we reported that our iPhone app Baby Flash Cards reached 10,000 downloads. Now we are glad to tell you that the download number reaches 100,000!! Yes! 100,000 downloads and it keeps growing! The app also now ranks #13 on Apple’s App Store, under the Edcuation category. As we mentioned in our previous post, we already have plans for a whole new version and we will start the development very soon. We have recently received a YouTube link from one of our Baby Flash Cards supporters. The video shows a 2-years-old boy playing with our Baby Flash Cards on an Apple iPod Touch. We are very pleased to see how much the boy enjoys our app and to know how thankful the moms and dads are. So once again, thank you to all of our Baby Flash Cards supporters out there. There are already plans by us to work on a new version of Baby Flash Cards, so stay tune with us for all the latest news and updates.

Dream Cortex’s Baby Flash Cards Reaches 10,000 Downloads!

We are very happy to announce that our first Apple iPhone App, Baby Flash Cards, has exceeded the 10,000 downloads mark over just two weeks. We would like to say thank you to those of you who have downloaded the app and we are glad that you enjoy playing it with your kids. Baby Flash Cards now ranks number 27 on Apple Store as the most popular iPhone Apps under the education category, and ranks numebr 13 under the free download education category.

We have the latest version of Baby Flash Cards uploaded to Apple Store, with the reported bugs and errors being fixed. Thanks again to those who sent us the bug reports.
